WYSE Travel Confederation expands team with new marketing, research and events appointments

The World Youth Student and Educational (WYSE) Travel Confederation is delighted to welcome four new staff members to its team in Amsterdam: Juliet Stevens, Marketing Manager; Eva Kubrichtova, Research Coordinator; Stephanie van Borrendam, Events Coordinator; and Nimesh Patel, General Administrator.

With over 10 years’ marketing experience gained across the professional services, financial services and training sectors, Juliet Stevens will be implementing a dynamic, integrated marketing strategy across WYSE Travel Confederation and its Sector Associations.

While working to promote the WYSE Travel Confederation brand globally, Juliet and her team will be ensuring that our existing members have access to the latest news, insight and events, and also identifying opportunities for enhancing engagement, collaboration and knowledge-sharing within the youth and student travel community.

Eva Kubrichtova

Research Coordinator

Eva Kubrichtova will be overseeing WYSE Travel Confederation’s comprehensive research programme, which is committed to providing continuous insight into the ever-changing characteristics, motivations, and needs of young travellers and the industry that supports them. Eva’s role is essential to both WYSE Travel Confederation and the youth and student travel industry as a whole as our research and market intelligence informs the policies, services, and products that make international travel and educational experiences exciting, safe, accessible, and affordable for young people.

Eva has previously worked at the Institute of European Studies in Brussels, where she assisted with research into the development of the EU in a global context. Eva was also a Cultural Envoy at AIESEC, the world’s largest youth-led organisation, where her responsibilities included supporting the body’s expansion in Peru and the United Kingdom through facilitating communication and events.

Stephanie van Borrendam

Events Coordinator

An experienced events professional, Stephanie van Borrendam will be supporting WYSE Travel Confederation in delivering our renowned programme of events, which include eagerly anticipated annual industry exhibitions, conferences and webinars.

Stephanie has overseen the organisation of a number of successful events since obtaining her degree in Leisure Management; Stephanie’s repertoire includes music festivals, regional meetings and annual conferences for over 15,000 delegates.

Nimesh Patel will be supporting his colleagues in Amsterdam and across the globe in the role of General Administrator. Nimesh brings a wealth of experience in the youth and student travel industry having previously worked at Susan Goldstein Associates and supported several World Youth and Student Travel Conference’s while studying at the University of Breda in the Netherlands.

Nimesh really stood out from the crowd in terms of his drive and ambition during the conferences and we are therefore delighted that he has joined us on a full-time basis.
