Annual General Meeting Announcement

The Annual General Meeting of the WYSE Travel Confederation will be held at the ParkRoyal Darling Harbour Hotel Sydney on Tuesday 17th September commencing at 2.15pm.

At the AGM we will be presenting the activities of the Confederation for the last year and also looking at the Business Plans for the Confederation for the coming twelve months. In addition, we will be presenting the annual accounts and budgets as well as ratifying and approving the new members.

This year, there are a few places becoming available within the governance structure of the Confederation and we would like to ask all members to consider who they would like to propose to stand to take these important roles within the organisation. Full details of the vacant positions, along with instructions on how to propose a member for election will be posted onto our website within the next two weeks. In addition, all the relevant documents required for the AGM including some minor changes to the Constitution and the Rules and Regulations will also be posted in time for you to examine them before the AGM takes place. We will contact you again when the documentation is available online.

As the AGM is being held at WYSTC in Sydney and a certain number of delegates is required to achieve quorum, I would very much like to encourage you all to attend the Conference this year. Joining details can be found here http://www.wystc.org
